Katherine A. Brandt

Before founding Phoenix Law PLLC, Katherine spent years in corporate positions working as in-house corporate counsel, general counsel and managing compliance risk. She has represented individuals in tax controversies with the IRS. And she has been in regulatory oversight positions evaluating compliance programs of some of the largest and most complex financial institutions in the country. Through her experience, Katherine has gained firsthand knowledge of corporations’ strategic decision-making and operational pressures, as well as the varied issues experienced by individuals, consumers, and employees. As a first-generation college graduate, Katherine understands what it takes to successfully rise on life's journey. Katherine applies the same relentless determination, creativity, and ethical approach to her cases, advocating for the client and telling their story to achieve optimal results.
